I am always treated kindly
I’ve been a patient at Messenger Dental Practice in Gloucester, under Monica’s care for many years. I am always treated kindly and with great respect. When I require treatment it is always explained, in detail, including possible alternatives and costs. This allows me to make the decisions that will give the best outcomes for my dental health. Today’s visit was a dental health checkup and I am delighted that I am all ok. My next appointment for a check up is in twelve months time.

Saw Monika for treatment
Monika is the best dentist I have ever seen, her nurse seemed very unsure and didn’t have the correct stuff out for the dentist and dropped a composite gun on me, which was fine, it was an accident but the nurse seems very unsure. Thank you monika!

Receptionists are lovely & friendly.
My Dentist Monika is fabulous, always talking you through your treatment and making sure you are comfortable, dental Nurses are also lovely, can’t comment on any other Dentist in the practice but very happy overall.

My emergency appointment
I was in need of an appointment so rang the surgery and was told there was none but I could wait for a cancellation. I only had to wait 2days for that to happen. So was so happy and Monika looked after me very well. Also the reception staff are lovely.
