Everybody was very kind
I have had to reschedule my appointment several times due to a locked jaw. My concern was being taken off the practice's patients list because of cancelling short notice, but they were understanding and aware of what's been going on, and flexible to my current situation.
At my appointment I was a little nervous, as I had had the same dentist all my life and worried it would be painful having somebody else do it. But Inshaa was even better than my previous dentist and I didn't feel any pain at all.
All my questions were answered and everybody was very kind and friendly.

Dentist Inshaa was great! I was very happy that she worked very efficiently and focused on resolving my problems in a timely manner. I really appreciated that she did not try to get me to get things done that I did not need, as I have previously experienced this with other practices/dentists. I have already recommended this dentist to my friends.

Dentist team I saw today as follow on from emergency appointment we’re just amazing. Could not recommend more highly. Further treatment planned on NHS too despite emergency dentist at different location last week telling me they would not do on NHS but were happy to do for £1000.
