Greeted by a very pleasant lady on reception, dental assistant called me up to the consulting room and was treated by a very professional dentist who took x rays and explained why I was getting pain and what she was going to do to rectify the symptoms, have to wait a week now (for first available appointment)for the treatment. Paid the bill up front which was very reasonable. Very pleased with the service I received.

Appointment today for an extraction. My dentist explained the process in great detail and highlighted the potential risks to the procedure. I was asked to sign an authorisation, the contents of which were also outlined in detail. All the staff were helpful and throughout my appointment I felt at ease and in the hands of professionals.

Emergency appointment
I phoned in as an emergency with toothache. I was given an appointment quickly. The dentist I saw was excellent. She took a lot of care to check with xrays and clean and check the area of pain.
