The dentist has got so much better since they had that shortage of dentists. The practice manager is honestly one of the nicest people – always friendly and makes you feel properly valued. The staff they’ve got now are brilliant too, nothing’s ever a problem for them.
They used to be a bit sharp and argumentative, but now they’re really warm and approachable. The phone gets answered quickly, and if it doesn’t, they apologise straight away. Appointments are organised really well, and I’ve got nothing but good things to say about the practice and how it’s run now.
