My experience

Good experience (when you finally manage to get an appointment) but actually trying to get an appointment was a nightmare. They send out a text saying your routine appointment is due but when you call them to book it’s near impossible to get one with them unless you want to pay privately

I was welcomed by a very polite receptionist called Helen who was very efficient from the beginning to making a further appointment before I left. I also met the lovely Sarah who gave me a thorough oral examination and assessment. She clearly expressed possible options for further treatment and explained the rules around the new government induced stabilization assessment and treatment plan. Sarah made me feel at home and was very courteous and polite. She is a good asset to the dental practice and hope to see her on my next visit.
