The staff were very helpful
Very satisfied. All the staff were very helpful and it was noted that it would be easier for me if I had my next appointment downstairs because of my disability. It was cold in the waiting room but I didn't have to wait too long for my appointment.

My dentist was excellent
I rang the practice and got an appointment quickly. The reception staff were polite and I wasn't waiting long to go in.
My dentist was excellent and put my mind at rest regarding my problem. She gave me a plan and I thought the cost was reasonable. I have to wait about about a month and a half for my next appointment which isn't too bad.
All and all, I came away very satisfied with the whole process.

Went for Gold Hygiene session, broke my tooth 2 days prior to visit and the lovely Nurse on Reception got me an appointment for straight after my Hygiene appointment where my broken tooth was repaired. First class service and the Hygienist was extremely thorough at explaining what she was doing and how to move forward cleaning my teeth. I'm very pleased.
