My experience
Good dental exam but very poor follow-up with phone call for referral exceptionally poor by not understanding referral process and being called rude as I did not understand any of the dental terms which I would require to apply to my insurance provider to make a claim with. Not a good after service service. Does nothing to make me want to re book

The dentist was extremely gentle and kind with my fear of needles, reassuring and very professional, may I also add that the practice manager and reception team always give you a warm welcome with a smile, nothing is too much trouble, would definitely recommend this practice.

A lovely hygienist
I had a hygienist appointment with Joseph who I hadn't seen before so was a bit nervous and was getting more nervous as he was running a bit late, but when I got in, he made me feel comfortable and was very sympathetic to my nerves. The procedure went smoothly and Joseph is a lovely hygienist and put me at ease. I hope he stays and he is my permanent hygienist now.
The young lady on reception was very helpful and polite as well.
Hopefully the issues with previous lack of staff have been sorted now and it will become a good dentist practice.
