My experience
My appointment on Monday was great but it was a private hygienist so I would expect it to be good. It is very difficult not to let the fact I cannot get an NHS check up for my 12 year old taint my view of the practice though. That is very frustrating.
Back to Monday, the hygienist and assistant were lovely, receptionists less than friendly.

Great service from Fran on reception, through to the work done on my teeth. I felt relaxed and reasured throughout. There is a very pleasant atmosphere of a team working well together. Things have been difficult in the past due to recruitment and covid but the staff have always presented a caring and cheerful experience.

Excellent service
My experience with the Dentist Sarah Duggan was excellent, she explained everything and her work ethic was very good. I rang up on Tuesday and got an appointment for the removal of my bottom back molar tooth on the Thursday, this was an excellent service and very much appreciated as I had very bad tooth ache, the receptionist was very excellent arranging this for me and ringing me back with a date and time. Excellent service. Thank you very much.
