I saw Monisha for an emergency appointment to fix a tooth I haven’t had great experience with dentist in the past and have anxiety around going to the dentist but Monisha was so calm and made my visit so relaxing as I was very tense walking in I will definitely go back again lovely environment

I have experienced no issues with the practice as an NHS patient and would recommend it. However, I have been in the practice 3 times as I have also accompanied my son and every time I have been in there has been other patients querying their bills and being asked to make payments for treatments that they clearly were not expecting to have to pay for. To have witnessed this each time I have been there must mean that something is not clear or working as it should.

The dentist was running 15 minutes late then gave me 5 minutes into appointment to tell me that she didn’t have time to do my treatment and I’d have to rebook it. And yet I didn’t complain she made me wait 15 minutes past my appointment time, and her nurse said you’ve only got 5 minutes left, what a cheek

Friendly staff. Disappointed that all three of my appointments have had to be rescheduled. Most disappointed that I have to wait an hour on my first appointment and forty minutes for my hygienist. Also on both occasions a ground floor room had been requested but this turned out not to be the case.
