The staff are lovely but such a shame they are having problems with no dentist NHS.

Very welcoming and kind

The receptionist was very welcoming and bouncy, the Dentist herself was also very welcoming and kind and explained my x-ray to me, I would recommend you to anyone but of course you aren't taking on anymore NHS.

Hygienist was excellent

Hygienist was excellent. She explained situation. She was extremely competent and friendly. Her assistant was also excellent. I felt that everything that could be done to help me was done.

Understanding of my nervousness

Politeness of receptionist.
The hygienist and her assistant were very nice. The hygienist was understanding of my nervousness, very thorough and really informative.
The only annoyance I have is lack of NHS dentists to give regular check ups ( not just emergencies only).

Came for a hygiene appointment 14/11/2022. The hygienist Rukhsh and the nurse was lovely. I called last week and was give lots of available times and days.
The hygienist was very calm and gentle and was also throughly checked everything. The whole journey was very pleasant
