My recent appointment with Dr Sarah Duggan was on 30th Dec when she very thoughtfully and kindly found time to see me before my trip abroad early in January, to ensure that I was fine. Sarah (with her helpful assistants) was not only highly skilful and careful in undertaking the inspection and procedure, but also extremely kind and thoughtful in her explanations. Her inter-personal skills are really outstanding, giving me detailed and clear instructions and advice. She also made sure that an appointment was made for me for the next visit. The receptionist (Michelle if I remember the name correctly) was also very helpful and professional. I get the feeling that Sarah and everyone there really care for the patients, which really adds to their overall professionalism and makes a huge difference to the experience. Sarah is really the nicest and most skilful dentist you could have ever imagined to have, and I think that I am almost looking forward to seeing her and her team again.

Hi had to go in to see an emergency dentist for a broken tooth and an cist from the damage. James was fantastic, really calm, thoughtful and made the experience so easy. I believe it was also Laura that was assisting and she was great too. Really impressed and I've had some bad dentists over the the years. The whole experience was mkre than I could have asked🙏

Always found they are very friendly and helpful. As soon as you walk in you are greeted By the staff. My dentist is very gentle and talks to me so I’m relaxed.

My faith in dentists was completely restored this morning after seeing James !
I kept putting my visit off and as a result, I now need such a lot of work doing !
I had to have a tooth removed today and never felt a thing ! The numbing injection was completely painless as was the tooth extraction. James talked me through the whole procedure in a very kind and caring manner.
The receptionist who dealt with me had a lovely way about her and was able to fit me in straight away.
The dental practise itself was lovely and clean and in excellent condition.
The only negative thing that I have to say is, I wish I'd booked an appointment sooner ! I look forward to my next appointment !

Overall amazing practice. There was couple of stumbles with one of male dentists that mis-diagnosed me twice resulting in root canal. However, the other one, James, did fantastic job sorting it out. I have a major phobia when it comes to dentists. But James' terrific attitude towards patients really put me at ease. All dental nurses as well as reception staff are always at hand to help and friendly. Makes a difference comparing to some tried and tested NHS practices around Gloucester. 100% recommend.

A lovely dental practice with professional staff, a welcoming reception and dentists that provide excellent care with a high level of treatments available to patients.
All hygienists within the practice are also very thorough and offer useful advice on dental health. Would recommend this dental practice to anyone.
Hats off to both Laura and her assistant who make going to the dentist bearable.

I've been there 3 times now:
1) initial assessment (Sep 2017) (after 20+ years the filling of a molar fell off with the inner tooth wall). Although my mind was set on an extraction (and implant later) I've been explained all the options.
2) extraction - a few days later, don't know why people talk about months. Nothing to complain about although it was a difficult job as the tooth was already shattered so every root had to be pulled individually.
3) a general cleaning / scaling (indeed for this it was I had to wait a month, Oct 2017)
Every time the staff was polite and helpful, no delays with the appointment (although my extraction might have caused one for the next person, sorry!) and no issues with the payments.

Very clean and tidy place. Friendly staff throughout. I like the personal touch of the dentist coming to collect you from the waiting room rather than a speaker calling you. Blake Sanders is a fantastic dentist who naturally makes you feel at ease . No one is judgemental about why you haven't been to a dentist for a long time, it's all about being there now. The charges are very reasonable compared to the private sector. This is an NHS dentist, they are very busy, so always book your appointment well in advance. Excellent service throughout. Well done everyone and thank you.
