Delighted with the service

I was delighted with the service that I received today from the receptionist and from the dentist.
The only problem is that I do not have a mobile phone and the form that has to be filled in before coming to the dentist assumes that everyone has one - well I don't !
Please can that be changed. Thank you

We can offer a paper version of the form for patients who do not use a mobile phone, and we’ll make sure this option is made much clearer going forward.
