Cheerful and helpful
Philippa Floyd is very experienced and gave me a lot of insight. I was worried about an abscess and thought I’d have to cancel my work trip but she reassured me, arranged for antibiotics and the Xray showed what the problem was. Whole team were cheerful and helpful. My thanks and appreciation for your expertise.

Excellent help
I have to walk with two sticks. Right from trying to open the door the reception lady appeared and stayed til l had sat in the chair, when l was called up again helped up the stairs and carried my sticks and dentist lady was waiting at the top of the stairs for me. Excellent help

My experience
The staff weren’t particularly friendly. The receptionist that has been there for donkeys years didn’t even say hello just shoved an iPad at me.
The dentist was not overly kind to my son. She wasn’t horrible or anything but hardly reassuring. Bit disappointed to be honest as I have been going there since a child and I miss Dr Speechly. Think I will be moving practice!
