Friendly and highly professional
The process to see the lady dentist was not cumbersome. Both the dentist and her assistant were friendly and highly professional. They didn't rush through my appointment to meet other clients. The dentist clearly explained my treatment journey as she showed me pictures, this demonstrated evidence based practice which I liked. She did not promise results rather projected the outcome of my treatment. She was authentic in my opinion.
