Surrey Dental Practice

Inas is my dentist and she is lovely. Today I was seen by another person in the dental team to have a tooth removed. I was extremely nervous as a previous tooth removal in hospital wasn't great. I was made to feel at ease and my worries were listened too and every care was taken to get me through the procedure. Thanks so much- I highly recommend Surrey Dental Care-the team are amazing.

Dr. Faisal and her nurse assistant Chaimaa just did an excellent extraction of a tooth, above and beyond their support today I am resting for the next few days .
I am not an easy patient I am very scared and sensitive.
They took me into the room and they have supported/calm me feeling very welcomed.
Dr. Faisal you become my dentist idol, easy 10/15 min. done the extraction no pain at all …

Receptionist has been there for a good few years and is fast answering phone and dealing with queries. Inas dealt with my broken tooth with an assessment and resolution on the same day. Was attentive and informed me of possible future issues and future considerations. Didnt have any expectations as i very rarely visit dentists, doctors or hospital. I was pleasantly surprised with my outcome.

The best experience at a dentist I have had. The dentist and staff were so efficient, great at communicating simply and clearly and made me feel comfortable about making decisions. They fixed a chip on my tooth and it looks perfect! Thank you :)

Excellent, kind & friendly Receptionist. Very good, informative & thorough Dentists. Saw them as a temporary patient & they were so accomadating. Wish they were my Dentists!

on arrival i was greeted by a lady receptionist who used my first name in a very friendly manner. during treatment the care and concern shown was second to none, and made me feel i was not on an assembly line. for which i thank them very much.

I called after not seeing them in a few years, I told them i was in pain and was booked for next day which i was really impressed with. Unfortunately the pain i thought was a filling which i was told about 2.5 years ago but didn't get done has now worsened and now required a root canal and 2 other fillings! I was offered an interest free payment option as the cost was alot more than the initial filling i was expecting.

I then had root canal with Nadia and 2 x fillings and crown with Inas (the practice owner) all was booked in quickly and carried out relatively painlessly (mouth injections are never nice) they are friendly but also professional which is eassuring, Inas managed to save a tooth with a tricky side filling which was close to nerve which is great and hopefully means no need for another root canal. Also they gave me prescription for special tooth paste which i requested with no hassle. Its not cheap and its a shame no NHS treatment budget left but the prices seem in line with other dentists and all the staff are lovely. They provide good follow up Defiantly would recommend

I always get amazing service at this dentist but felt especially compelled to write a review as they really all went above and beyond for this tired new mum! I had to bring my baby to my appointment with the hygienist. What could've been a stressful nightmare was actually such a positive experience. They were kind and patient and dare I say it was actually fun 😁🤣. Big thanks to you all xxx

Staff are so nice and friendly dentist made me feel comfortable even to I was embarrassed about the state of my teeth. I feel confident and relieved after my appointment. Thank you guys so much for your excellent care and communication with your patients. If goings privet I highly recommend.

I have the best experience to treat my painful tooth With root canal treatment she was so gentle and I had prefect result at the end . I really recommend her for all my friend and my family .

Such a amazing dentist, staff are so friendly and lovely! Receptionist always friendly and welcoming and the lovely lady i see always explains everything to me and suggests treatment needed and its done asap! Feel lucky to be able to attend this dentist! They’re brilliant with children to and very patient. 5 stars easy!

I’m so insecure about my teeth and my pregnancies have ruined my teeth several times, i also am autistic with adhd aswell as having many other health conditions and everytime they help me and give me any treatment i need aswell as making me feel so comfortable everytime. No judgment just lovely people x
