Cannot express how impressed and happy I am with the service and treatment I have received at waterden. I got my tooth ache fixed in record time with a filling from Nancy and Mo fitted me with a pair of beautiful veneers which look just incredible - can now smile with confidence! The whole team has been extremely kind from the start, helpful at working around my tight schedule, and you feel like they genuinely care for their customers and getting the correct treatments done. 10/10.

Great dental practice. Very thorough, with lots of effort put in to explaining the situation and various options available. The staff are highly professional and friendly. They appear to function well as a team to provide the best service. The prices are more reasonable than some other practices in the area. I would highly recommend.

I have recently done a few days of work experience at Waterden Dental Practice and really enjoyed it. All the staff were so kind and friendly not only to me, but also to their patients, making the environment very calming, especially for nervous patients. Those I saw were all extremely happy with the quality of their treatment. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for dental treatment.

Waterden is by far the best dental practice in Surrey and I have visited quite a few! The staff were extremely friendly and explained my treatment with patience and kindness. Cannot recommend highly enough.
Emergency dental apt needed, not their patient but they took me on regardless as I'm flying out the country in a couple of days and needed urgent help.
Front of house staff were so helpful, and Mitul and his assistant (so sorry, you did tell me your name as well!! 🤦🏻♀️) was so warm and friendly, really put me at ease in a very painful time.

Couldn't rate this practice higher. Ordered some at home whitening trays which arrived very late from the provider and although no fault of theirs at all, Waterden offered complimentary zoom whitening so I was sparkling white for a big event that weekend. Kerry Scott the practice manager was brilliant throughout and kept me posted throughout. The sign of a great company is not whether things go wrong but how they are rectified. Thank you Waterden.

I have been following WDP instagram for some time now as I’m very intrigued with the type of services dentists offer and it’s such an insight. It’s so much easier to see prices without having to ring or call round. It’s great to see real life work for real clients. I have messaged a few times now about the treatments I am interested in and have always been replied to in a timely polite manner. I believe I have been speaking with Charlotte who I cannot speak more highly off. Very professional. When I came to collect my competition prize she explained to me about the privaldge plan as well which I’m keen to sign up to. I will be communicating with her again soon to book in the treatment/service I would like

As a family, we've been customers of Waterden Dental Practice for just over 5 years now. Both Mo, our main dentist and Mitul, whom we've used once or twice, are outstanding in terms of their excellent and professional quality of service which is of a very high standard. The same be said of the oral hygienist, Nonsi, whom we all visit every 6 months. All of the Waterden staff are extremely friendly, pleasant and caring. The practice itself is spotlessly clean and the environment is calm and gentle. We cannot recommend Waterden Dental Practice highly enough. The Desmarais family, Guildford.
