I was visiting from Australia and cracked a tooth early in our stay in the UK. Waterden were very quick to fit me in on an emergency basis. Dr. Patel was very good, as were all the other friendly staff.

I have been a customer of Waterden Dental Practice for 10+ years and would recommend them to anyone looking for a new dentist. Mitul is a fantastic dentist and always takes the time to fully explain when and why treatment might be needed following a check-up. He has a calming influence which is great for nervous patients. Alongside this, they have always had a first-class team of hygienists who are passionate about what they do and provide sound advice. There is parking available outside the practice and the reception areas and treatment rooms are always immaculate as you'd expect. Reception is always well manned and professionally run by Kerry and her team and the communication you get for upcoming appointments and the odd reschedule are handled very well. Situated just off Guildford town centre and a short walk from London Road station they are easy to get to.

I was fortunate enough to have won an incredible competition ran by Waterden Dental Practice for teeth whitening worth £595, this is something I have always wanted so I was over the moon when I found out from their friendly team that I had won! It was super easy to book an appointment and from then on the practice were great at sending reminders up until the day of my whitening. When I arrived I was greeted by both Charlotte and Mitul who were great at putting me at ease (I was slightly nervous due to having sensitive teeth). I felt very reassured by them and was told it would not hurt at all, and they were right! I didn’t feel a thing ☺️ Mitul is very friendly and clearly an expert at what he does. He has a lovely manner about him and is very thorough with his explanations. After the whitening I was so pleased to see such incredible results already! I am continuing the whitening at home. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Waterden Dp and their amazing team to anyone! 😄

Super happy with my Smile Align treatment.
The treatment was completed to an extremely high standard within 3 months, Mitul was informative, helpful & attended to all of my requests throughout, as did My Dental nurse Charlotte, who was also extremely helpful, sending regular appointment reminders, assisting my treatment to help achieve the perfect finish & ensuring I was comfortable every step of the journey.

I was in absolute agony with my tooth and we spent all Friday evening and Saturday morning trying to get an emergency dentist to help. Luckily I phoned waterden dental practice in Guildford and spoke to a lovely women called kerry who was fantastic! Kerry was so friendly and helpful and reassured us that we would get help today! Within 1.5 hours of the phone call my tooth was examined, x-rayed and was extracted by the dentist and I was finally out of pain! 10/10 service couldn’t recommend more!

Only recently moved to Waterden Dental Practice and I've been blown away by the experience so far. I was able to get an appointment within a week and upon arriving at the practice I was greeted by the very friendly Practice manager, Kerry. My appointment was with Mitul who was early (never happened to me before!) and was great at putting my mind at ease with my phobia of needles and teeth impressions!
Thank you to everyone at the Practice, super professional and friendly, I will be recommending to anyone I know!
