I've never had my teeth so clean and white like the last visit today to the Hygienist at this Practice. Idalina Silva was very meticulous and professional about her treatment and also friendly and cordial. Already booked my next appointment !

Mohammed is the best dentist FACT!
He has taken good care of me over the past year whilst having an Invisalign. He’s down to earth and put me (a nervous patient) at ease . He made the whole process completely bearable . I wish I had met him sooner and had my teeth straightened years ago .
He’s a perfectionist and I was in expert hands .
Everyone at the practice is so friendly , and a pleasure to have met .
Mohammed is the man to see .

Highly recommended, I have been a patient at this location since 1994 and have only ever received the finest treatment. The present staff are excellent and will always go the 'extra mile'.
Just to add to my original review, I've just been to see Mitul for an appointment....amazing service as always and great to see the practice going strong! Keep up the good work guys, (as a footnote I travel 2 hours to my appointment!!)

We are very sorry to hear you are unhappy and felt it necessary to edit your 5 star positive review from 1 year ago to a 1 star review recently.
As explained, like every dental practice within the UK, we are absolutely NOT permitted to treat patients for routine or emergency dental treatment. It is illegal for us to do so hence why you were advised you to call 111 or visit A & E. Whilst I understand your frustrations, as a healthcare care provider, it is frustrating for us to be be not able to tend to our patients and the local community. However, in line with government guidelines and our regulatory bodies, we have been instructed to close. It would be callous of us to potentially spread COVID 19 to staff and patients alike without being provided robust, safe and clear governmental advice as to what is required by us (PPE) to provide dental treatment in a safe and responsible manner. At the time of your call, there was a national shortage of PPE for frontline staff and our equipment had been donated to assist hospitals in need.
Should you wish to discuss this further, please do not hesitate to contact us via e-mail or telephone. Despite our temporarIly closed doors, we are still offering telephone advice and triaging to assist our patients as best we can.
