All the staff were very friendly. Both the hygienist and dentist worked efficiently but at the same time managed to create a relaxing environment. I was particularly pleased with the final look of my teeth after seeing the hygienist.

Felt at ease with my dentist
Very friendly and helpful receptionist. Felt at ease with my dentist. Felt it was quite expensive, but haven't really got anything to compare it with. Helpful, friendly dentist. Very professional and explained everything with me.

Nothing but praise for this dental practice
I have nothing but praise for this dental practice.
Everyone is courteous and polite and they make you feel very welcome.
All the treatment I have had so far has been very well done. I am also able to get an appointment fairly quickly. All in all a great dental practice.

I would highly recommend this practice
Having suffered badly with anxiety and nerves before my procedure, it was nice to know I was in good hands and he was very patient with me. Having a wisdom tooth out under local anaesthetic was very nerve wracking for me but I was reassured at every stage and all was explained so I had a very different experience and an excellent outcome. I would highly recommend this practice. Everyone there was so helpful and understanding. Thank you so much !

Considerate and thorough
Relaxing and friendly experience every time we visit. The children are always put at ease. Mitul is considerate and thorough and I would never hesitate to recommend Waterden to anyone.

The team at Waterden are outstanding. Regardless of where you live in the London area or home counties - I would highly recommend travelling to have the best service. I was rescued from a mishap with a front tooth which would have risked me missing important meetings and the partners ensured I was treated within hours. The care and professionalism of Dr Mitul, Dr Mo, and team was outstanding. I would particularly like to give a shout out to the Clinic Manager - Kerry - from the moment I walked in until the moment I left, I experienced the impact she has on creating a comfortable and homely and engaging environment for patients - so friendly and professional - a real asset to the clinic.
