I've always had such positive experiences here in fact the staff never fail to amaze me. Mitul is always so full of knowledge and his passion for dentistry really shows in his work. I always feel safe and assured that I'm in good hands with him. Carol has always been a firm favourite, she's always so calming and comforting during appointments. I would highly recommend Waterden Dental Practice.

I have been terrified of dentists for over 30 years. All my experiences previously had been associated with nothing but pain. So when a severe toothache struck, it was difficult enough to pick up the phone. When I called for the initial appointment and I explained my situation, the receptionist was calm and reassuring and was able to arrange an immediate appointment. When I arrived I was introduced to Mitul, who exuded calm, confidence and understanding - here was the man I would trust to make this experience as tolerable as he could.

"There's a wisdom tooth that'll have to come out" - words to strike the deepest fear into anyone already previously traumatized. "It'll take 20 mins and you'll be fine when you leave here" he re-assured me.

When the day came he put me at my ease with some friendly chat and was incredibly true to his word. His careful application of anesthetics meant I felt virtually nothing of the injections , and within a few minutes the area was so numb that I barely noticed when he started the extraction work. Incredibly, 20 minutes later it was all over. No pain at all, just the obvious pressure and discomfort associated with having your mouth wide open all that time!!

Thank you and your team for helping me take the first steps in decades towards overcoming my fears. I WILL see you within the next 6 months!

Idalina the hygienist is the most wonderful hygienist, so professional and does an absolutely fantastic job whilst putting you at ease.

I started off as a very scared client but her friendly demeanour and support turned me into a regular client that is no longer fearful. I went to Idalina with bad gum disease and she has turned my life around.

I was so impressed with the service I received. I had tooth ache overnight. I rang at 8 am and I was seen within 30 minutes of ringing. They took the tooth out that morning. I felt really looked after.

I received such good care that I booked to have another tooth that needed taken out a week later. It took under 10 minutes to numb my tooth and have it taken it out.

The reception team were so helpful and friendly.

I could not of asked for a better service. I definitely will be recommending to friends and family.

Emergency! I lost my plate just before Christmas - a potential disaster. A quick appointment and the Practice pulled out all the stops, planning to get a new plate back in time for the festivities. They did even better getting the new plate back inside a week - it was a perfect fit.

This is a very professional practice and all the staff are very friendly and welcoming. I am very satisfied with the services provided. I cannot recommend anyone at this point as I do no have any person in mind. What I am happy with is the fact that the practice sticks to times, and don't overbook patients.

Waterden Dental Practice provides a smooth, professional and expert service better than any other dental practice I've been to. It was great to see the passion Moh has for his graft and his attention to detail. Would highly recommend. Only issue I had was with the time I had to wait to have the procedure done from the initial consultation which was 6 or so + weeks. I'd imagine that this was as a result of the demand they have which is a positive sign making it worth the wait if you're not in a rush.
