There is a relationship, you buy a service, the practice delivers. However, it is more like meeting old friends, you catch up, there is honesty, there is no pressure. You know where you are because stuff is explained. Its how it should be.

The dentist listened to me

The dentist listened to me fully then examined me before diagnosing and treating my problem. He was fast, efficient and treated only the problem I needed treating. He seems to be a very "conservative" dentist

Always a good experience

As always I had a very professional experience at Waterden. From Kerry at the Reception desk who couldnt be more helpful or professional to the hygienist and Mital my dentist. Waterden is by far the best dentist I have ever used. Thank you to them all for making my dentist appointments a good experience.

Having visited Waterden Dental Practice 3 times in the last week as a new patient for initial check-up and x-rays, hygiene session, and filling, I would be very happy to recommend them to others. All of the staff are super friendly and helpful. Mohammad looked after my check-up and filling quickly and painlessly. When I became faint due to my fear of needles, Mohammad and Beth were very understanding and took great care in helping me to recover. The hygiene session with Idalina was great; she was very gentle and took the time to explain ways to improve dental hygiene at home, and gave me some extra tips.
