Emergency appointment same day
I could get an urgent appointment for my daughter same day, and when having appointment myself all went timely and without any delays. Small fillings were handled right away which is great.

A rigorous check of teeth and gums
I had two appointments. Idalina was the hygienist, she rigorously checked my teeth and gums and then I had a check up and an x ray from Mo. All well, I am to return in a years time.

As always excellent, from entering to exiting friendly, helpful, polite. Nice bright inviting waiting room/reception. Carole is always charming and engaging. Now have to have treatment by dentist, 2 crowns, hopefully all will be well afterwards.

Need to be more transparent on costs
Called to book and ask the price. Was told it would be 50 and possibly 'a bit more' if he does further work. I wasn't told at the appointment how much a bit more was until I went to pay and was charged 100 ! For some glue on a retainer ! Very steep and would have appreciated being told beforehand so I had the option to shop around.

Our fees are competitive in comparison to other private dental practices in the Guildford area and reflect the exceptional quality of service and high standard of care we give to our patients. We offered you an emergency appointment on the day you rang and as you mention advised that the cost may differ dependant on the treatment required. Really impressed with this practice
Had a bit of an overhaul here last week, after living abroad for the last few years. Friendly team, full of helpful advice and information. Thank you Carol for a super clean, followed up by the marvellous Idalina and Beth who gave my poor neglected teeth the clean and polish of a lifetime. I have never seen them so bright and white, thanks to your painstaking thoroughness, and thanks for sharing your advice re the links between dental hygiene and general/heart health. Elena and Beth really are the dream team.

Waterden have accommodated my personal needs both financially and time constraints. The surgery is very clean, modern and uses state of the art equipment.
I found Dr Husban took his time to explain all options, dental plan, payment plan and importantly I didn’t feel at all pressured or rushed.
I am yet to book an appointment with the hygienist, Idalina comes highly recommended.
I have since recommended Waterden Dental to friends and family.
