During the evening one of my Crowns came off. I rang the Dental Practice the next morning and was told I could see Mitul at 10.30am that day and he promptly replaced the said Crown. The service was very prompt and much appreciated.

I was referred to the Waterden Dental clinic by my dentist in Dubai who highly recommended Dr Mitul Patel. I am so grateful that she sent me there as I have had a lot of cosmetic dentistry done and I was extremely anxious about moving country and finding a new dentist to continue my dental care going forward. Dr Patel addressed my concerns with great sensitivity and put my mind at ease that all was good. I think what separates a good Doctor from a great Doctor is someone who is able to treat each patient with the same concern no matter what the severity of the condition is. Furthermore, cosmetic dentistry often requires psychological support which is critical in aftercare. Thank you Dr Patel for your assurance that I am in good hands.

Good but rushed and not charged accordingly
I arrived to my appointment with plenty of time and was told they were running late, I was eventually seen for my appointment about 10-15 mins late. However my appointment then felt rushed and my time was reduced from 30 mins to 15-20mins - not much of an issue when you are just getting a check up and nothing is wrong but when it is a hygienist appointment you would expect the full session.

I can’t begin to thank the amazing team at Waterden dental for their patience, support and professionalism. I have gone through a miserable week of toothache.
