Reassuringly friendly

I was seen on time

This is the proverbial " does what it says on the tin". I was seen on time, environment was comforting to me, the welcome was welcoming, the hygienist did their job, I got very straight advice and feedback.

Top class

Extremely clean environment, friendly and efficient staff. Reception staff outgoing and very switched on. Felt at ease, which is unusual at a dental surgery, and the hygienist was extremely knowledgeable and competent. She took her time to explain a better way for me to take care of my teeth which I’m very grateful for. I’d be happy to return and to entrust them with my dental health.

Such nice people

Nobody likes going to the dentist but at Waterden they are such nice people I actually don't mind it. I never had cause to doubt their standard of work. They invest in their tools and facilities which helps.
