I always find all the staff cheerful, welcoming and accommodating. My fear of dentists has been greatly reduced due to the care taken to explain all parts of treatment to be undertaken and what to expect.

A tourist requiring a special request for a special occasion.
We had the good luck, being recommended the Waterden Dental practice on our visit to Guilford . We have had a really good dentist and hygienist over the many years we lived in Canada. We are always making comparisons. The hygienist we were introduced to did a superb job and we would recommend her to anyone who really cares about their teeth and good health. Same day appointment
The practice was able to give me a same day appointment to treat a suspected cracked tooth. A thorough examination with X-ray proved the pain to be due to another cause (stressed ligaments that hold the tooth). A very professional examination that determined the root cause (excuse the pun) of the problem. Good advice given as to how to manage the ongoing pain with a follow up appointment booked if needed.

Urgent appointment
I called this Practice to help me following the dislodging of a ‘bridge of three teeth’. This had been fixed in place some 12 years ago by the previous owner of the practice. I requested Mohammad Husban as the dentist to help me with this difficult situation. The Practice did everything possible to arrange this on the Thursday prior to Good Friday. The Practice, namely Mo and new owner Mitul were under some pressure with a range of different patient requests. Nonetheless Mo with his usual professional manner added me to his workload and managed to fix the bridge in place with a view to further permanent fixing. Mo is an extremely calm and reassuring practitioner with the ability to reassure any patient with concerns.
