Jaw Ache!!
So it seems I have been clenching my teeth.... It took a while to come to this conclusion, various X-rays and a deep clean, but it seems that is what I have been doing... roll on a few weeks, and retainer type mould has been created and fitted and no more pain!! The dentists seen have always been patient and careful. Advising on possible causes and treatments options with associated costs involved along the way. Thank you for helping me sleep at night once more!
