Waterden Dental Practice

I have been using Waterden Dental Practice for many years and I actually enjoy going to see them, they are very friendly, you can have a joke with them, but they are also very professional and the standard of work is excellent. Kerry is lovely.

Now in my eighth decade I had hoped never to need a dentist again but I suffered a serious illness and survived a major operation, as a consequence I walked into the practice for the first time missing several teeth.

And immediately at the first appointment a dialogue began between Mitul and myself. He dealt with my anxieties and explained alternative procedures and timings for each. He presented examples of state of the art materials and methods. His explanations allowed me to make considered decisions and together we set out and completed a course of treatment tailored to my requirements.

I am delighted with the results and can smile again with a regained confidence.

Lastly there is an expression ‘ The whole is greater than the sum of the parts’ and I can honestly attribute this to the Waterden Road Dental Practice. Yes, it is state of the art and provides bespoke treatments. But much, much more, and it’s in the people, their humour, patience, understanding and application that glues it all together to make it a richer experience.

Expert and friendly service from reception to any dental work, check ups, dental cleaning service and advise. Easy booking and follow up reminders ensure I never miss an annual appointment.

Professional, efficient and friendly practice. I only needed an implant healing cap screwed back on as it had fallen off which was a straightforward and quick process. Whilst this was done as required, I was a little surprised at the cost for a 3 - 4 minute job.

I had an appointment with Bernie and I really enjoyed the quality of treatment received, I will be coming back to the practice again as very happy with the care, treatment and advice provided with received, thank you very much.

Fitted me in at short notice pre-Christmas for a Hygienist visit. The procedure was the most relaxing (always important at the dentist!) and the most thorough I've had. Highly recommended!
