Grace Kelly is a highly competent professional who has completed a good job
I attended the practice in order to resolve a tooth and gum infection. A root canal and finally a new crown was the required solution. This was all carried out over three visits. The whole process was thorough and efficient, being carried out by Grace Kelly who was very informative and clear throughout. She is a highly competent professional who has completed a good job. I hope This is the end of my problems.

I'm going to make them my regular dentists now
I had managed to get a cherry stone lodged between two of my teeth and was unable to close my jaw or even to eat. I was delighted to find the surgery did "emergency" Saturday appointments and got seen to so efficiently - Phew! The staff were pleasant and friendly and the whole experience was excellent - I'm going to make them my regular dentists now.

Five Star Dental Practice.
I have been a member of this practice for over 5 years now and just want to express my gratitude for the excellent caring service I always receive.
From the very first appointment, I was made to feel at ease by the extremely friendly and customer focused reception team, to Mitul, who completely put me at my ease and took time to find out all he could about my history and previous treatments. Over the last 5 years, Mitul has done extensive work on my teeth, including many fillings and 6 crowns! His dentistry and care is excellent and pain free (I have never felt the pain of an injection). I now smile with renewed confidence.

Waterden Dental listens and respect my wishes
I feel very confident in Waterden Dental Practice because they listen and respect my wishes as well as providing excellent dental care and advice. My dentist, Mitul, is extremely patient and understanding.
We have since moved away but travel back for to see him. I am very happy to have found a practice that is both mercury free and that I can trust with the care of my family's teeth.

A pleasant experience
Saw another dentist at Waterden and an equally pleasant experience as I have had when visiting the others, even if it is hardly ever good news when I visit due to my very sweet tooth. They are always very informative, which helps in the decision making process.
The dental nurse with the dentist I saw was really lovely and made me feel totally at ease and the receptionists are also very pleasant too. The last time I visited I believe it was actually a dental nurse on reception as it was a quiet day and she was covering. She was extremely helpful and friendly. A friend asked the other day if I knew any good dentists and I immediately recommended my own.

A short review on Waterden Dental Practice and Implant Appointment
Mo had previously explained the implant procedure in detail so I had full confidence in what to expect. Although I was a little nervous at first Mo and his assistant Lorraine were professional and reassuring.
The implant procedure was straightforward (painless) and completed within an hour.
I cannot write a review without mentioning Kerry the Practice Manager, who is always welcoming and thoughtful; nothing is ever too much trouble. Plus, Carol, the Hygienist who is also professional and caring. I have already written a review for Mitel but altogether they make a hard-working team that provides excellent professional care.
