This practice was recommended to me by a friend and my sister. I have since been for a check-up and filling and a hygienist appointment. The staff made me feel very comfortable and the treatment was quick and painless. I felt I received much more thorough treatment and advice than I have at other practices I have visited over the years. The practice itself is very nice, clean and comfortable. I feel very happy that my teeth will last a long time in their hands!

This dental surgery now has a warm and friendly attitude to patients, commencing with a comfortable waiting room and skilled attention to detail by the Reception Staff.
The Dental Surgeons, Dental Nurses and Hygienist offer advice and interest without any attempt to persuade the patient towards any particular action and once treatment is embarked upon it is delivered with the utmost professionalism and care.

Superb customer care

Emergency Treatment With Grace
The treatment I received from Grace was superb !!! Her level of care and professionalism was very impressive also everyone I came into contact with at the dental practice showed the same level of professionalism and kindness.

A relative's perspective:
After a dentist in our local area of NW London messed up two of my Mum’s deep root canals, I contacted various dentists including my relative Mitul at Waterden, for advice. Initially just an enquiry, however after which I simply knew I wouldn’t be happy with anyone else treating my Mum any further and that she would finally be in safe hands. We drove the 1 hour journey, all the way to Guildford and it was so worth it.
My Mum’s treatment has been completed perfectly and we’re very happy. My Mum is extremely sensitive and she remarked that Mitul was very gentle-handed. I don’t have to say any of this because I’m family, it’s absolutely true. I just wished we lived closer so we could come every time!
Just to add, I’m totally OCD and the place was lovely and clean, staff were all professional and friendly and the seating area was comfortable and bright. There is also free parking in the driveway for a few cars. All these little things plus a great dentist, add up to a brilliant all-round service!
