I had my first visit to the Waterden Dental Practice this morning and was very impressed with the staff and facilities. The practice is small and the staff very friendly and professional. Despite its size, it has all the latest equipment. I had a very positive experience and will definitely be returning for all future dental needs.

I'm a very nervous patient and when coming in to the practice the practice manager was very friendly and made me feel very welcome. I saw Mitul for a check up and I felt that he explained everything to me very slowly and thorough . I also saw carol the hygienist and she was also very friendly and helped me make my routine of cleaning my teeth much better. Would recommended this practice to anyone who is nervous.

Service / Treatment at Waterden
The practice manager is also on reception and is so friendly and welcoming....perfect for front of house!
I went to the hygienist on my last visit and saw Carol who is also super friendly and puts me at ease with every visit.
The practice has recently been bought by a man who has been working there for 6 years, I've only seen him once for a check up but he seemed very professional and I've heard good things about him.

Hygiene Appointment with Carol
Carol was fantastic. A really lovely manner - very gently gave me some feedback on flossing and it's the first time I've acted on it! 10/10 customer service really nice balance between technical expertise and interpersonal skills.

A massive thank you to Mitul and the Team for the amazing work you've done with my teeth! As a nervous patient I had put off having my teeth straightened for a long time.
After an initial consultation with Mitul I felt at ease and confident that it would make a real difference so I decided to go ahead. The result is amazing.
I love my straight teeth and the whole process was made so easy because Mitul took time to explain each step and discuss different options with me to make sure that the treatment was going to suit me.
I'm not worried about going to the dentist anymore either! thank you.
