I found the overall treatment good. Grace was friendly and polite and, after difficulty with anaesthesia, it was a painless procedure. The dentist had trouble with the dental light which kept going out. The finished crown is comfortable but still feels slightly prominent.
The Reception Area was comfortable and the staff friendly. I noted that there was excellent parking and toilet facilities and up to date reading matter in Reception.

Dental Treatment With Grace and Brian
I have had a difficult root filling following an infection after having a crown fitted. This required several visits and on each occasion the practice provided a very professional service.
I was in pain after one session and required antibiotics that were delivered to my home by the practice manager in the evening. This is far beyond my expectation of customer service. and shows the commitment of the practice to their customers.

Best dentist I've ever had
I came to Brian because I had a bad experience with with a previous dentist. Now I would never go to another dentist again. He uses the latest technology and procedures and is incredibly knowledgeable.
His bedside manner is second to none. He will give you concise, straightforward advice and information without being abrupt. He inspires confidence and trust at all times. I once needed emergency treatment and was fitted in at short notice and hardly charged a thing for it.
I was very ill recently and he provided me with more of a diagnosis and treatment information than my GP managed in 3 visits.
A friend and a family member have already started going on my recommendation and will continue to do so.

Nervous Patient
The dental hygienist, Bernie listened to my comments and took time to carefully assess my teeth before cleaning them. I appreciated her expertise; knowledge; kindness; patience.
It made a big difference to my experience and I shall be re-visiting Bernie again.
