My experience
Poor service, we will not be returning as stair lift removed including redecorating the stair well and lift will not be repaired. We were not informed of this and when we arrived we were unable to access as disabled people cannot reach the first floor.

We understand how upsetting and inconvenient it must have been to arrive and find the lift out of service, especially for patients with accessibility needs. Please accept our sincere apologies for this experience.
We did send an email in advance to inform patients about the removal of the stair lift and the temporary lift outage. However, we regret that this information may not have reached you as intended. At present, we are awaiting further updates from the building’s landlord regarding their plans to address the issue.
Accessibility is a priority for us, and we are committed to finding a long-term solution that ensures all patients can access our services comfortably. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding as we navigate this situation.

As a nightmare client for most dentists ( severe gag reflex). I have to say the care and consideration I receive from all the staff there is excellent. They go out of their way to try and make the experience as pleasant as it possibly can be for me.

Exceptionally kind
In order to register with the practice, I attended my very first appointment which comprised a meeting with the Patient Care
Co-ordinator. It was a pleasure to meet this member of the team - she was exceptionally kind and explained everything very clearly and thoroughly. I did not feel rushed or pressured at all and all of my questions were answered to my complete satisfaction.
In addition, the member of staff I spoke to on arrival at the reception desk had first class customer care skills.
In summary, I couldn’t be more impressed!
