Developed a massive pain in my front lower tooth on Saturday 11/4. Could stand it no longer by Tuesday 14/5, so called for an appointment. The lovely receptionist lady had to juggle things around, but managed to get me an appointment the next morning. I was dealt with today, efficiently, friendly and with care. Being a nervous patient, this is important. Everything was explained, from the work undertaken today, to future plans. Excellent service.

I went to see Michelle because two parts of a filling had broken off. Michelle looked at the filling carefully and concluded that she could fix it without resorting to something more drastic (like a crown). I like her approach that avoids ‘over-treatment’. After she repaired the filling, she did something wonderful! She used her most recent dental tool to work out which parts of my new material needed to be ‘pared down’ so my bite would be correct. It was amazing to know that an excellent dentist like Michelle continues to learn new things to improve her treatment of patients like me who am normally nervous! Thank you so much, Michelle!
