Poor Customer Service

Very bad experience. Couldn’t get a hygiene appointment for six months. A few days before the appointment date finally arrived they cancelled as the hygienist was going on holiday! Terrible customer service.

I never thought going to the dentist could be such a pleasant experience.

Totally pain-free

Since a child, I have always been extremely nervous about going to a dentist following an experience and would only go when needed. They have restored my faith in dentists. I have been coming here for a few years and have a dental plan. Everyone is welcoming and puts you at ease from the receptionists to the hygienist, technicians/assistants and dentists. They are very open and honest with your treatments, explain everything. My dentist Deepak is the most amazing dentist I’ve met, so calm and reassuring. I trust him implicitly with my dental care. Today I’ve had a new porcelain Emax crown fitted to replace an old crown at the front which I’ve been very apprehensive about. I shouldn’t have worried, he made it totally pain-free from the temporary to the finished crown. It looks like it’s my own tooth! They used Lodge Dental Lab in Wokingham and did a wonderful job to colour match. Please don’t ever leave, Deepak, you're a credit to dentists, as is your practice! Thank you for looking after me.
