Personable, kind, reassuring

The surgery was welcoming, clean and Julie was personable, kind, reassuring and explained all of the services that they offer. I was asked what my concerns were, she listened and these were noted with a follow up appointment organised quickly. There was no pressure to purchase any treatment plans but I was given lots of good advice, thank you. Looking forward to my next appt.
