It’s a kind of magic feeling knowing that you are in good hands when it comes to your dentist and that’s exactly how I felt during my trip. Reem was friendly yet professional, non judgemental, knowledgable, personable and I felt she had my best interests at heart. I never felt under pressure when it came to choosing the correct treatment, I was given the pros and cons to each which reassured me as to what step I need to take next. I was incredibly nervous to attend my first appt. I had consultation with Reem and her lovely dental nurse. I can only agree with all the 5* reviews experiences posted. She was so lovely and caring ( unlike other Dentists I have have seen who have always made me feel guilty through the years) I wish I had found her years ago as I know I would have had a very different opinion of the "Dreaded Dentists! ) I would recommend this practice to everyone. I have been at the practice for a very long time but am still so nervous and anxious when I need to go for anything more than a check up. This happened last Friday but I saw Reem and from 2 minutes in her room she had me calm and reassured. I was given my options and had to decide to have my tooth out. I cannot praise Reem enough for all her care and expertise, not the best proceedure to have, but I was very well looked after and a good job was done, the dental nurse (whose name I have sadly forgotten) did escape with her hand intact she was so lovely. All the staff are friendly, helpful and I would highly recommend the practice and the lovely Reem. Excellent service all round.
