Put me at ease
Got an early appointment to examine the cause of pain in my tooth when chewing food. A detailed analysis and examination took place and Neill explained a fracture in a tooth was the cause. He explained the x-rays and tested to see that the tooth still had a nerve and explained my options and the cost. He fully discussed potential treatments and when it was agreed to fit a crown he fully explained the procedures and two appointments were arranged for me before I left to carry out the required procedure. I was very happy with the whole process and the detailed explanations of what was to be done. Neill put me at ease and I left knowing exactly what was to happen and when.
