I had been with my previous dentist for over three decades and was anxious about changing to a different dentist and practice.
The whole experience was good from meeting the reception staff, practice manager and dentist. Everyone was friendly and welcoming.
My new dentist listened carefully, did a thorough initial examination and was very open and honest. She made me feel relaxed and that I could trust her with my dental care going forward.

I was really worried as I had no prior knowledge of changing my dentist and I have a dentist phobia. I needn’t have worried as Reem was so lovely. Totally put me at my ease and was so gentle. I even let her polish my teeth. I would 100% recommend her. Please don’t leave!

Went to this dentist as my husband is a patient there, saw Neill who put me at ease straight away had to have an extraction which was better than I expected no pain very friendly and professional staff I was very anxious but everything went well would recommend this practise

Check-up
I received both text and phone call reminders before my appointment which was appreciated. I arrived just before appointment time and didn’t have to wait before seeing the dentist. The check-up included 2 x-rays which revealed the need for a filling which the dentist took time in explaining what he had found and the treatment required. The receptionist found a free slot for my treatment the following day which unfortunately I couldn’t make but I was still managed to be fit in within the week.
Everybody at the practice was very friendly, pleasant and professional which made into an all-round pleasing experience.

Lovely and gentle dentist
Met Tobias today for the first time. Very gentle dentist from Brazil. No treatment was needed and just gave me cleaning tips. Highly recommend. Lovely dental nurse too. Had a laugh.
