Fitting of crown
I opted to have my crown fitted without anaesthetic. The discomfort was manageable and I did not have to have my gum/ lips frozen all afternoon. The dentist said it might be uncomfortable for a few weeks, but the ache had gone after 2 hours. I haven’t tried eating anything hard yet but the interaction with the upper teeth seems good.

Very friendly, pleasant and welcoming reception staff.
I did have to wait a short while past my appointment time before getting to see the dentist, but very satisfied overall.

Routine inspection
During the inspection, it was discovered that a further more serious procedure was necessary, involving an extraction and subsequent treatment. This was explained in great detail, listing available options clearly. At no time did I feel hurried, even though the appointment was much longer than anticipated.
