Tooth extraction due to abscess
I had been in severe pain for two weeks taking antibiotics for a sinus infection. After finishing medication I knew for certain I had an abscess. I was offered an appointment the same day as ringing and made welcome by the friendly reception staff. I was welcomed by the dentist and she gave me options and explanations of treatment. She was first class at managing my anxiety and her warm chatty personality made me feel more relaxed. The extraction was painless. On returning home I suggested my husband change his dentist for Skircoat Green. Many thanks.

Excellent as always
The reception area is warm and comfortable. The receptionists are well trained and friendly. When you are shown into the Surgery the dentist, greets you in a friendly manner, he is an excellent dentist and, despite having fillings etc over the years, I have never felt any pain. I would strongly recommend this Practice.

Course of 4 ‘deep cleans’
No one would choose to spend a total of 4 hours, spread over 3 weeks, having their teeth and their roots deep cleaned, but … as this was a very necessary treatment, after years of indifferent efforts by NHS, with the assessment and alternatives all carefully explained, I couldn’t have been in better hands. Local anaesthesia was accurately administered and the treatment carried out by Charlotte, the practice hygienist, capably supported by her assistants, was thoroughly and carefully completed. All my questions were helpfully answered and I left wishing I had changed practice to this one years ago.

This was my first visit to the practice and I was extremely happy with the service I received. Booking the appointment was straightforward and quick. Regular texts and emails were sent reminding me of the date and time.
All the staff were very friendly, helpful and professional.
Very clean and comfortable waiting area as was the consultation room.
A thorough dental and medical history was undertaken by Reem before she carried out the examination, X-rays and scale and polish. No problems detected.
Can’t wait to go back!

An Emergency First Appointment
My husband needed some attention to his front teeth. I rang the dentist, really to see if they did implants, which they did. Since we live locally, because of a personal problem with his Alzheimer’s I didn’t want to travel a distance. The receptionist gave me an appointment and the dentist was very professional and respectful of my husband’s condition. All staff were very friendly. We are very happy to use this dentist permanently.

Check up and 3 fillings for elderly mum
I recently took my mum to see Neill, who she always finds kind and considerate. Mum is 100 years old and not very mobile. We arrived for our appointment with mum in a wheelchair and found the ramp already in place and 2 very helpful receptionists, who helped settle mum in the waiting room and were so very kind and friendly. Mum was soon with Neill in the treatment room, assisted by his kind and friendly dental nurse.
Although mum is generally quite anxious Neill immediately reassured her with his friendly, respectful and very professional manner.
Mum had an injection and 3 fillings and left the surgery feeling very happy. She has had no problem since. So I can't
praise the practice and staff enough.

Pain Free Treatment
After years of indifferent treatment under the NHS what a revelation to visit a dentist who is the consummate professional ( Reem Elia) . She extracted a tooth and cleaned my teeth without my feeling any pain. She was also able to explain the particular issues I had with my mouth and above all she listened to me. I can not recommend this practice and the staff highly enough.

I have a 6 monthly check up and receive great advice on how to care for my teeth. I try to follow the interdental brushing routine but don’t always manage it. Regularly need a scale and polish which is delivered efficiently.
