General check-up
My 6 monthly check-up, with Neil, went smoothly. He was very thorough in checking my oral health and the following scale and polish was pain free. Neil is always very efficient, explains everything and if helpful. He also sees my son and is calm in his approach which alleviates any anxiety my son may have. Reception staff are consistently friendly and helpful. Cleanliness is also a big priority in this practice along with COVID management.

As always, Charlotte, the practice hygienist (ably supported by her assistants) was informative and thorough. She took great care to administer local anaesthesia appropriately and completed the deep cleaning process efficiently and carefully. I can't imagine how the experience could have been made better!

Difficult Crown Work
I have what might be described as “elderly crowns and bridges” - faithful old friends. Sadly, they needed reducing (3 piece bridge to a single crown) and delicate, awkward work on a similar elderly crown. I’m a poor dental patient, one of the weeping brigade. I received the best possible care and Tobias ensured I was always comfortable during the fairly lengthy work. I have to say thank you for your considerable patience, kindness, and expert treatment.

I had not seen a dentist for a long period of time so I was quite nervous and apprehensive; however my anxieties were dispelled once I entered the treatment room.
Neil, dentist, was brilliant. He explained in detail what he was going to do and afterwards explained the problems and what treatment was required.

Extremely impressed
Since attending SGDP I have and still are extremely impressed with all aspects of the service. From contact by telephone to the treatment in the chair I would say it is the best. The staff from the reception to the dentist is always polite friendly kind informative and professional. I have always been a rather pathetic tearful patient, but I have become confident and do not now dread a visit to the dentist.
My recent visit was to discuss implants and was again very impressed with the information and care given.
Can I take this opportunity to say a huge thank you for giving me the confidence to attend regular visits and I would recommend this practice to anyone.
