I’m a wimp when it comes to seeing a dentist. But was put at my ease from the start with a friendly welcome. I have never before been as well taken care of. The team were brilliant at taking my mind off the procedure. We even had a laugh. Although my fears are still there I will gladly be back in the future.

Amazed and delighted with the result
A front tooth veneer slipped off one evening. Very upsetting !! I telephoned the practice first thing next morning. Catherine was very calming and helpful booking an appt with Neill that morning. Luckily the veneer was undamaged so Neill was able to re-cement the veneer. He is very kind and exceptionally skilled. I was amazed and delighted with the result. - from looking like the local old witch back to my usual self! Thank you so much.

Lots of reassurance for a nervous little patient!
This is the second time my daughter has seen Tobias and it was another great appointment for her. She is very nervous around doctors and dentists and Tobias, knowing this, was wonderfully reassuring and let the appointment go at her pace. There was no pressure for her to do anything she wasn’t comfortable with. Tobias chatted to her about her teeth and what she eats in a completely age appropriate way and I could tell she left the appointment much more confident than when she went in. Thank you so much for your time and patience, it made a big difference in easing the worries of a 6 year old little girl!
