Friendly and welcoming as always (Stacy). Catherine is an amazing hygienist - I wouldn’t go to anyone else, she always reassures me and gives great advice and support.

Care and attention

The level of care and attention from my dentist in explaining every step clearly. Outlining the checks she would perform, explaining things as we went along and then giving me options to decide on a treatment plan at the end - with her recommendations.
It makes what can be a worrying experience all the easier.

Kindness and reassurance

Everyone is so friendly and helpful! Came in today to see Jo the hygienist. She is great. My daughter saw Juliet to check a chipped tooth and had also been fitted in at very short notice the previous week with Elysia. Thanks for their kindness and reassurance.
