I was very happy with the work carried out and how everything was explained to me in a friendly and understandable manner.

3 years ago I was absolutely terrified of the dentist and hadn’t been in nearly 10 years. I’d reached the point where my wisdom tooth coming through was quite painful, so after searching for dentists who were good with nervous patients, I sent what can only be described as a very panicked and embarrassing email about my fear and my history with the dentist.

I received a phone call from who I believe was the receptionist, and she was unbelievably kind, patient, and understanding. She immediately helped put me at ease and arranged my appointment.

I then had an appointment with Dipesh, and he was amazing and made me feel comfortable straight away. He even laughed and wasn't put off when I admitted I’d bitten my last dentist once (LOL). I walked in as a complete panicking mess and left feeling so much more confident.

I even booked a hygienist appointment with Lisa, she has been just as kind and understanding as Dipesh. At my first appointment with her, I felt so relaxed I nearly fell asleep!

I’ve now been back a few times, including an appointment yesterday, and I’m honestly shocked by how much things have changed for me. Three years ago I could barely sleep thinking about a dental appointment, but yesterday I felt almost no anxiety at all until I sat in the chair and even then it disappeared within a minute.

I genuinely cannot thank you all enough. I feel like I’ve finally overcome my fear of the dentist, and that’s entirely down to the care, patience, and understanding I’ve received here from the kind greeting at the door to the treatment itself. I can’t recommend this practice enough, especially for anyone struggling with dental anxiety.

Best experience I have ever had with a dentist! Sam was very informative and told me a lot via my consultation and made sure I was able to get the most out of the consultation and provided me with different options.

Not having been to the dentist for a very, very long time I was very apprehensive of going and slightly nervous. The dentist made me feel totally at ease and was very reassuring. The treatment was excellent, so much so I immediately booked my next appointment.

My appointment was with the hygienist, as always Louise ensures you are comfortable, explains clearly what she’s doing and always goes at a pace you are comfortable with.

I cannot recommend Harwood Dental Care highly enough. From the moment I joined the practice, I have been extremely impressed by the exceptional standard of care provided.

Both the hygienist, Louise Todd-Miller, and the dentist, Dr Dipesh Patel, are outstanding. They take the time to explain everything clearly, making you feel completely at ease and confident in your treatment.

What really sets this practice apart is their use of modern technology. The 360-degree scanner and advanced plaque testing are far more sophisticated than anything I have experienced previously, and they provide a much deeper level of insight into dental health.

Overall, the professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care for patients are second to none. I am genuinely delighted that I became a patient here and would highly recommend the practice to anyone looking for first-class dental care.

Had a regular dental check for my son and myself with Vilas. She is very knowledgable and spent some extra time to show my son how to brush properly. She explained everything as she was doing and made the experience very pleasant. We even joined the dental plan they offered.
