Talks me through my options

6 month check up. As a nervous patient my dentist is very good at making me feel more at ease. He listens to me and talks me through my options for treatment.

Crown and fillings

Everything possible was used to make me comfortable. I was informed of all the work to be done before starting. I was also asked if I was comfortable during the procedure. I am really pleased.

Regular check up

The staff is very good, treatment was carried out very professionally. The only thing due to my wife being disabled struggled to get up stairs. We have now been giving a dentist downstairs for next appointment.

1st appt. and still late in

Our family all use the same dentist practice and we generally book the first appointment of the day and are late in every time - nobody comes out before us (we get there at least 10mins early) and generally go in 5-10 late. This is both dentist and hygienist.

Extraction of three teeth

I was obviously very nervous about having 3 teeth removed in one appointment but Mr Chun was very understanding and discussed the reasons and the options with me.
During the procedure he was talking to me about what he was doing and making sure I was ok.
On completion, he gently but clearly explained what I needed to do to ensure the healing went well. The procedure was relatively painless even after the local anaesthetic wore off. I would definitely recommend Parkway to my friends and family.
