Made an appointment and was seen within 48 hours! Teeth all checked, X-ray done and small filling done; problem resolved. Fantastic service from all.

I am always anxious when attending the dentist, more so for this treatment.

Fantastic care

I was dreading my first procedure since being kicked off my original dentist books after Covid. My teeth aren’t in good condition and they really looked after me and I can smile now! Still got more treatment to go but I am looking forward to improving my smile.

Customer service

The legacy of Michael Cotterell and his wife who created a practice for young people to learn 'hands on' the skills and abilities to become front line receptionists, dental assistants, dental nurses and the opportunity to grow into lead and senior staff to the dentists has proven in my experience exemplary. The discipline of representing an environment for 'customers' to feel calm and respected is in the new hands of the practice a work in progress.
But like most things in life it can be trial and error till the balance is achieved.
Different personalities bring their own approach, to customer service it is a gift to make a customer feel respected and heard. Front line services are crucial to any service and business as they represent you the employer.
Special plaudits go to Hunny, Hannah and Holly.
