Regular check up today. Pleasant environment both in reception and dental surgery. My checkup involved health questions, inspection of whole mouth and tongue and throat area plus careful check of my teeth. Very satisfied.

Infected tooth

I rang to get an appointment for a cracked and wobbly tooth which took me 4 days to secure. By the time I got in the tooth had become infected and I needed to take a course of antibiotics before it could be taken out which was disappointing as I’m in pain. This could have been avoided if the previous dentist had taken the whole tooth out and not left half in. I was informed that the next available appointment would not be until 18th June which is unacceptable as the tooth could get re-infected

Excellent dental treatment.

I recently returned to see my dentist Adrian Frick following the fitting of a lower denture I have recently had made. This visit was to ensure that all was well and to see if any fine adjustments needed to be made. Obviously it takes time but generally I am managing it well as having a foreign body in your mouth does take time to get used to. Adrian is a very experienced and good dentist and the work he's carried out for me since he has been at the practise has been really well done. He is supported by his dental nurse Hunney who is extremely nice and patient focused, a good team

Wouldn't go anywhere else

We've been coming to this dentist surgery for many years and would never go anywhere else. My dentist knows I'm a bit nervous so really takes his time and talks to me all the way through. I never worry now as I know they've always looked after me.

Check of possible issue with tooth

Diego was amazing! I was worried about a tooth which had been troubling me for a few days and as I was flying out to USA the following day, I really wanted to make sure there was nothing seriously wrong. He thoroughly checked everything out and even x-rayed the offending tooth to ensure all was okay. I am so grateful to the reception staff who got me an appointment at short notice and to Diego who totally put my mind at rest. Thank you all so much.
