Good experience

Just moved into the area. I don't like going to the dentist but do go regularly. Apart from a bit of a wait everything was good. Lovely dentist who explained everything clearly. Friendly dental nurse and receptionist.

Treatment payment is confusing

I visited today and it wasn’t made clear about any payment, the receptionist said there was nothing to pay but then said I had to pay. I’ve paid for hygienist work, which as yet I still haven’t had as I’m waiting for an appointment with a specialist.
The dentist himself and the dental nurse are both friendly and thorough but over the last few years I have seen several different dentists who have given conflicting information about the condition of my teeth and gums and what treatment they recommend.

1st visit to new Dentists

This was our first visit to Parkway Dentists, after moving to the Bedhampton area. We found the premises clean and inviting and the staff very friendly. The initial treatment received was fine and only time will tell if our opinions change as our future treatment continues.

The dentist and dental nurse were both so lovely, I haven't been to the dentist in years and they made me feel at ease. Reception staff/dental nurse at front desk were also lovely and helpful!

Check-up

I had not had a check-up for a couple years ( my fault ), realised and contacted the surgery Tuesday of this week and was give a prompt quick appointment for this Friday, in the sane week ( amazing ).
I was called before my appointment time ( mega amazing ) .
The surgery is immaculate and all the staff very professional and friendly.

Hygienist appointment

I was made to feel very comfortable and the hygienist checked up on how I am looking after my teeth and gums. She explained everything she was doing and gave advice on future dental hygiene at home. I thought it would be hard to measure up to Robyn, but this hygienist was also excellent.
