Hygiene appointment

Carly was lovely, and really put me at ease, as did her lovely assistant, unfortunately I didn't catch her name, as I was quite nervous. Great treatment and helpful advice given.

Very pleased

Never thought I'd hear myself say this as I'm a very nervous patient but I am so pleased with Carly my hygienist. She was really patient and caring throughout my treatment and my husband and I have already booked our next appointments to see the dentist and booked appointments with Carly too. I am so pleased I went to see her. Thanks to the nurses in the room too. Actually everyone in this surgery is lovely.

Regular 6 monthly checkup

Dentist in a larger, brighter room. Teeth and mouth fully and efficiently inspected. Dentist and assistant very pleasant. Return visit suggested in 6 months time.

Replacing crown which had come away and a filling

A long session required as the crown had come away previously so a much improved solution was required. A regular filling was also carried out and a sharp edge was filed off from another tooth. Injection was given to minimise any pain issues which totally negated any discomfort other than normal manipulation of the mouth to access areas.

Dentist

Excellent service from the dentist but today was the first appointment I've managed to get for nearly a year. My appointments keep being cancelled then I have to wait months to get an alternative one. Trying to get to actually this appointment today has been quite a stressful (at times) long process which is a shame because I am really happy with everything else, especially in the build up to having dental surgery last November. My dentist was excellent in her help with that process.

I was very surprised that the whole treatment took 16 minutes, that was the numbing the extraction of two teeth & fitting top dentures.
