I complained of a soreness in a molar tooth. The Dentist took an x-ray of the tooth and found the cause. Remains of an earlier extraction were found.

Emergency appointment

Excellent service. Rang at 8am as I had a painful tooth and gum. Was given an appointment for 11am. Was seen 10 minutes early and was advised an extraction was needed. Given an appointment for work to be done next Thursday.

Flexible Scheduling & Excellent Treatment

I attended for my appointment on the ground floor but the treatment I required (unbeknown to me) was only available on the first floor. But, after some juggling I was able to see the hygienist without having to reschedule.

Friendly team

Fantastic patient experience for me. Online booking process making it virtually seamless to complete the necessary forms prior to surgery visit is a definite plus. As a Senior Citizen with aging teeth that become sensitive as the years so quickly pass, Emily was extremely attentive and mindful of this. The abundance of advice and guidance that was volunteered really made my entire visit so very worthwhile and I will certainly heed all of it to keep my own teeth for as long as I can! Very highly recommended and THANK YOU Parkway for taking such care of me.
